As our client, you’ll get to know us and we’ll get to know you–you’ll see the same faces each time you come in, and your pet will get consistent, informed care.
We combine the latest veterinary medicine with old-fashioned customer service.
For example:
- We schedule longer appointments so we can take the time to get to know you and your pet and address any concerns you may have.
- We take the time to call our clients individually to confirm appointments, because we can get an update on ongoing concerns and help ensure that your visits here go smoothly.
- We work with clients to develop a plan for veterinary visits to try and create a low-stress environment for both patients and their owners.
