Dr. Abigail Sefton, DVM
Managing Veterinarian and Owner

Dr. Abigail Sefton graduated from the University of Rochester in 2013 with a degree in neuroscience and obtained her DVM from Tufts Veterinary School in 2017. After several years of non-profit work for an equine rescue charity in the United Kingdom, she returned to the United States to focus on small-animal practice in the Northeast.

With a wide range of work experience, from high-volume low-cost clinics to caring for the pets of A-list celebrities, Dr. Sefton focuses on finding a wellness or treatment plan that fits both her clients and their pets. Her particular areas of interest are dentistry, pain management, and geriatric care, and she has contributed to internationally-recognized veterinary publications.

When not seeing patients at the clinic, Dr. Sefton enjoys exploring Connecticut with her sprocker spaniel, Remington, and cuddling on the couch with her two cats, Harriet and Percy.
